Where rehab ends and performance begins.
Exercise Science bridges the gap between rehabilitation, gym-based training, and return to sport — individualised strength, conditioning and movement coaching, backed by objective testing.

Evidence-based training, built around your capacity
Exercise Science uses evidence-based exercise, movement assessment, strength and conditioning principles, and performance testing to improve physical function and athletic capacity.
Unlike general gym programming, it considers your injury history, training age, sport demands, movement quality, strength levels, physical goals, and current capacity — so your plan is specific to you, and progresses at the right pace.
Built for athletes, gym-goers and active individuals
This service may be useful if any of the below sounds like you.
From return to sport, to peak performance
Return to sport & performance
Guided transition from rehab back into training, gym work, running and sport-specific performance, with ongoing load management.
Strength & conditioning
Individualised programs to build strength, power, speed and endurance — tailored to your sport, goals and training schedule.
Movement & running mechanics
Assessment of squatting, hinging, lunging, jumping and running mechanics, with coaching to improve quality and efficiency.
Youth athletic development
Building strong foundations in movement, strength, coordination and speed during growth and maturation.
Injury risk reduction
Structured strength and conditioning to address strength, landing mechanics, trunk control and load tolerance.
Athlete testing & monitoring
Objective data on force production, asymmetry and movement control — guiding clearer return-to-sport decisions.
Backed by VALD performance technology
Rather than relying only on how an athlete feels, objective testing helps guide clearer decision-making and more individualised programming.
ForceDecks
Jump, landing and asymmetry assessment to measure force production and readiness.
Dynamo
Strength testing and profiling to track capacity and identify side-to-side differences.
HumanTrak
Objective movement analysis to identify asymmetries and movement strategies.
What to expect in your first session
The aim is to leave you with a clear understanding of where you are now, what needs work, and how we'll progress you toward your goals.
Discussion
Your goals, injury history, training background and sport demands.
Movement assessment
Key patterns reviewed, plus running mechanics where relevant.
Testing where appropriate
ForceDecks, Dynamo and HumanTrak used to establish a baseline.
Gym-based coaching
Individualised exercise prescription, coached live in session.
Your plan
A clear, progressive pathway toward your goal.
