Clinton has years of experience helping people from all walks of life—from grandmothers to elite athletes—perform at their best. While he enjoys treating all areas of physical health, his true passion lies in sports rehabilitation. With a background working with pro footballers, Olympic athletes, and top strength competitors, and as a national-level powerlifter himself, Clinton understands the demands of both recovery and peak performance. Specializing in sports injuries, particularly in the gym, Clinton tailors his approach to help you recover and reach your goals. He’s also dedicated to teaching the next generation of physiotherapists at the university level. Whether you’re dealing with an injury or looking to improve your performance, Clinton is excited to help you on your journey.

Mitchell completed his Masters in Physiotherapy from Griffith Gold Coast in 2017. In the past 8 years of practice Mitchell has been involved in clinic ownership and elite professional sporting teams including the A-League mens Brisbane Roar. Mitchell is passionate about individuals achieving their goals and realising their potential. Even more so, Mitchell is passionate about longevity and helping individuals set systems in place to self manage and achieve their long term health goals. Mitchell enjoys treating all injuries and has a special interest area in shoulders and lower limb sporting injuries particularly from running & football.

Hassan Imran

Hassan brings three years of experience working as the head sports trainer at the Brisbane Roar Youth Academy. A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he has a profound understanding of the biomechanics specific to BJJ and MMA practitioners. Hassans valuable experience in the sports world allows for accurate assessments and the formulation of effective treatment strategies.

Ellena Burnett

Ellena graduated with a Master of Dietetics Studies from the University of Queensland in 2017. Since then, she has built a rewarding career in private practice, working with clients to support a wide range of health goals. Her expertise includes managing chronic health conditions, guiding body composition changes, providing pre- and post-operative care, and addressing issues like female health, gut health, daily performance, corporate wellness, and sports performance. As an accredited Sports Dietitian, Ellena has had the privilege of working with athletes of all ages, from adolescents to masters’ athletes, across various sports. Her practice approach is centred around empowering clients, helping them take an active role in their care while working collaboratively to achieve their unique goals. Outside of work, Ellena enjoys spending time with her family, experimenting with new recipes and food products, and getting outdoors with her young son.

Lamir 'Lamb' Gokul

Lamir spent the early part of his 20’s devoted to living the martial arts lifestyle (BJJ, Boxing and Muay Thai). After completing his Bachelor of Business, he was forced to take a break from his passion to undergo two shoulder surgeries. Experiencing the highs and lows of the rehabilitation process is what drove Lamir to return to university and complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, where he received the prestigious Griffith University Award for Academic Excellence. Lamir has extensive experience working with clients of all backgrounds – elite athletes, modern-day athletes, those in pre and post-operative stages, WorkCover, NDIS, and chronic diseases such as lower back pain and osteoarthritis. His areas of interest are neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, knee pain, and working with mixed-martial arts athletes.

Aidan Bender

Excercise Physiologist Manager

Aidan is a senior Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist who uses exercise/movement interventions to reduce chronic pain, prevent injuries, and facilitate high performance (on field, on court, in your job or everyday life). Aidan works with elite athletes, modern-day athletes, those in pre- and post-operation stages, NDIS , WorkCover (workplace rehab) and various chronic diseases such as lower back pain, diabetes, and obesity. Aidan has years of experience in the health industry as well as a resume playing football (soccer) for the Brisbane Roar academy and various high level clubs around Brisbane. Anyone who has a movement goal or wants to live a happier, more fulfilling life, Aidan is ready to help!

Chloe Breedon

Chloe is an Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve their health and movement goals through personalised exercise programs. She has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents, focusing on child development, sports performance and managing hyper mobility disorders. Chloe also works with women’s health conditions, offering tailored support for prenatal and postnatal care, hormonal health and overall well-being. With experience across clinical and performance settings, Chloe creates evidence-based programs designed to improve strength, enhance motor skills and support a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Wesley Kaese

Wesley is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting health through evidence-based exercise. He believes in a holistic approach that treats the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—because he views movement as medicine. Wesley specialises in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as supporting individuals with disabilities to enhance their quality of life. His goal is to provide sustainable exercise solutions that empower people to take control of their health. Outside of the clinic, Wesley enjoys strength and conditioning training at the gym and on the field or spending time with his wife, daughter and two cats.
