During pregnancy

Pregnancy Physiotherapy

Pregnancy can change how your body moves and feels. Physiotherapy may help with pregnancy-related pelvic or lower-back discomfort, movement and exercise guidance, pelvic floor education, and maintaining strength and mobility.

Care is tailored to your stage of pregnancy, symptoms, health history and goals.

After birth

Postnatal Physiotherapy

Recovery after pregnancy and birth is different for everyone. Postnatal physiotherapy may support pelvic floor recovery, abdominal and core rehabilitation, management of aches and pains, and a gradual return to exercise or everyday activity.

Assessment and recommendations are personalised to your recovery and goals.

Pelvic health

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

The pelvic floor supports the bladder, bowel and pelvic organs and contributes to continence, movement and function. Physiotherapy may help when these muscles are weak, overactive, painful or not coordinating as expected.
